1. Shipping Coverage

LANOOR ships to all countries worldwide, subject to shipping carrier coverage and operational availability.

2. Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped through DHL unless otherwise stated.

3. Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and shipping conditions.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

• customs clearance;
• public holidays;
• remote delivery locations;
• courier delays;
• or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country or region.

Current standard shipping rates are as follows:

Jordan:

• Amman: 3 JOD
• Other Governorates in Jordan: 5 JOD

Gulf Shipping:

• 25 USD

Europe, America & Rest of the World:

• 35 USD

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only in the following countries:

• Jordan
• Palestine
• Iraq

For all other countries, orders must be paid online using the available payment methods.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

LANOOR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lanoor.vip with your order number and supporting photos if applicable.
