1. Cancellation Timeframe

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

If your cancellation request is submitted within this period and the order has not yet been shipped or fully processed, we will do our best to cancel the order successfully.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests may not be accepted in the following cases:

• more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed;
• the order has already been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped;
• the order is already with the shipping carrier.

In such cases, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

4. Approved Cancellations
